HERE ARE THE DETAILS OF YOUR REGISTRATION.  AFTER YOU HAVE READ THEM, IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS LET US KNOW AT INFO@ANJALIHILL.COM.  IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS WE ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THEM.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INFORMATION PACKAGE FOR YOUR COURSE APPROXIMATELY FOUR – EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE THE COURSE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION.

A. TUITION, MEALS, ACCOMMODATIONS & ADMINISTRATION FEE

All listed costs on courses are for tuition only, unless specifically indicated otherwise.  Meals, accommodations, administration fee, and travel to and from events are not included in the course price unless specifically noted in writing by Anjali Hill Seminars.  Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.   Twenty-five Dollars ($25) additional fee will be charged for NSF or declined payments.

B. RE-SCHEDULING POLICY

If you are unable to participate in a weekend from your Living from Truth Program, you may attend the same course at one of the other two centers where the course is given or re-schedule one weekend in your program at no charge.   If you re-schedule you will miss that weekend and receive the following scheduled weekends in the order they are given to complete your tuition.  For each additional change or missed workshop in the series you will be charged an administration fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100).  *Written notification of any change must be received by Anjali Hill Seminars no later than seven (7) days before the event.   It is your responsibility to be sure that the notification has been received within that time.

In the event of an act of God, such as flood, hurricane, power outage, and the like, which prevents the delivery of the agreed-upon program, Anjali Hill Seminars will not be held responsible for any costs incurred pertaining to the program.  Anjali Hill Seminars will work diligently to offer the same or similar program on a date that is convenient to all or the majority of the affected registrants as Anjali Hill Seminars can arrange.

Your Living from Truth Program is transferrable.  You may find another person to attend in your place.  *Written notification must be sent to and received by Anjali Hill Seminars no later than seven (7) days before the event.  The Living from Truth Retreat is only transferrable to someone who meets the requirements of the Retreat.  The requirements are that they need to have attended a minimum of one complete weekend of Living from Truth in the regular program.

C. CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and delivered to Anjali Hill Seminars.  A cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which Anjali Hill Seminars receives written notification.  If you fail to notify Anjali Hill Seminars in writing of any changes and do not show up for the event, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.  The Cancellation Policy is as follows:

0 to 7 days from the date of registration:  Full refund.

After 7 days, refunds are not available.

D. INTERNATIONAL REGISTRANTS

International registrants who pay by credit card will be charged at the credit card’s current rate of exchange into Canadian dollars, based on the date of the transaction.

E. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that my signature on the front of this form registers me as a participant in an Anjali Hill Seminars event and that I am applying for instruction in an activity that may involve physical, emotional, and psychological activity.  I understand that in a group workshop setting the instructor or the staff cannot always monitor my physical, emotional and psychological limits, and that I am therefore fully responsible for assessing the risk any activity may pose on me, and that I may choose a safe course of action for myself.  By signing the front of this form I fully assume the risk and responsibility for any injuries or damages suffered by me arising out of my participation in an Anjali Hill Seminars event.  In consideration of the opportunity to participate in Anjali Hill Seminars events I hereby release, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless and waive all of my rights to sue or be compensated by Anjali Hill Seminars or any of the training instructors, guides, staff or students taking part in the training in any way.

F. VOICE/IMAGE/VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that Anjali Hill Seminars may audio/video record the courses that I am enrolled in.  I understand and agree that my voice and/or image/video may be recorded and embodied as part of a product or promotional piece by Anjali Hill Seminars and I grant Anjali Hill Seminars the right to use my voice/image/video in her promotional materials and/or products.  I acknowledge and agree that Anjali Hill Seminars has complete ownership of the promotional materials and products in which my voice/image/video may appear and that I have no interest or ownership in the promotional materials and/or products or their copyright.  This Voice/Image/Video Release is granted to Anjali Hill Seminars and is perpetual and worldwide.
